Heating & Cooling Problems

I have a real problem with snacking in winter. It’s just something about the cold air outside and warm air inside that makes me want to sit down with a pile of snacks and eat all of them. I’m not sure why the contrast in temperature produces this response in me, it must be some biological thing… anyway, that’s where I’m at.

I know my obsessive snacking needs to be worked on, and so I’ve decided to employ a sort of feng shui expert, but for heating & cooling systems. Sydney residents definitely believe in the ‘mojo’ that someone’s living space gives off, and how that impacts the mood of those living in the house and other life factors. So why can’t I do the same but for the temperature within my house? I just need someone to help me find the sweet spot, so that I can stop eating sweets. Does that count as irony?

I hope this all doesn’t sound too far fetched. I really want this to work. I’ve tried turning my heater off in winter but then I’m just too cold. I’ve tried not buying snacks but then I just get them delivered. I need someone to help me, and I think I’ll get the help by customising my ducted heating & cooling installation. Sydney technicians must have come across a situation like this before and I’m sure they’ll know the right temperature to set my home to. I’m going to ask that whatever temperature they set it to, that it can’t be changed by me at any time. I’m not sure if that’s possible, but it’s definitely worth a try.

I will curb my snacking addiction if it’s the last thing I do. I’m looking forward to calling up a heating technician and chatting to them about my issues and hearing their thoughts on a solution. Hopefully the technician can come to my house ASAP and this can all be sorted by the end of the month.
